We are a small farm that started raising goats for our own milk, cheeses and soaps. Due to Texas law we cannot offer milk or cheese to the public. Our ultimate goal is to have a Grade A Dairy. That will take a few years to see this dream to fruition, but it will happen.
We are located in the small community of Serbin, Texas, where my husband grew up and we moved back to the family 'farm' to raise our children.Our farm name comes from the small German community that my husband grew up in and the name Ziegen is 'goats' in German, so the name Serbin Ziegen.
